Would you like to improve your school German? Would you like to communicate in German when you go on holiday? Or are you going to emigrate to a German-speaking country?

Lower the threshold of speaking (and writing) German again and enhance your knowledge!
In the course German for advanced learners you will brush up your German and expand your knowledge. After this course you will

  • be able to express yourself better in common everyday situations
  • have dusted off and expanded your vocabulary
  • have dusted off and increased your knowledge of the most important grammar and its applications

In this course
we will work with material chosen by mutual agreement. The level depends on your knowledge at the beginning of the course (see article European language levels, CEFR). The time investment (self-study and homework) besides the classes amounts to about half an hour a day. You will receive a TaalKrachtig-folder with supplementary material, if necessary.

German for intermediate/advanced learners
is for everybody who regularly visits a German-speaking country or has contacts with German-speaking people, who wants to be able to speak better German again or who has emigration plans. You can take the course individually or in a group. The classes will take place at IJsselstraat 37 in Utrecht (alternative location if so desired by mutual agreement). The course is offered in packages of several lessons and takes as long as you want.

Investment
A class is € 58.00 per hour (per person, excluding VAT and class material). You need to buy a lesson package in advance. The more hours you buy, the less you pay, e.g. 10 x 1 hour (€ 549.00 i.e. 5% discount), 10 x 1.5 hours (€ 780.00 i.e. 10% discount) or 10 x 2 hours (€ 982.00 i.e. 15% discount). Classes in the evenings cost an additional € 10 per hour. Prices for more than one person are available on request.
